Tesla SDU and rear battery box re-installed

 The Por15 was still tacky, not sure the topcoat will ever dry, but I decided to fit everything back together anyhow, it was a tight fit and had to pick up some longer m10 bolts (55mm ) for the CV joints but it all went together smoothly (with minimal hammering).

Nice to finally see things back on the ground and start tackling the electrical.

 I got a rear hub  on aliexpress to convert my old MTN bike to an e-bike for commuting, 

If anyone has a 500W Bafang motor that makes a horrible grinding sound, I have a diagnosis. Mine came with extra metal bits in the gearset from the factory. totally destroyed the plastic planetary gears before I even got a chance to ride it.
